I had an Account Executive interview experience that felt streamlined and well-prepared for, with a recruiter-led walkthrough and a short set of rounds ending in a role play.

Recruiter screen — A call to cover my background, with the recruiter helping me understand each stage.
Behavior/fit interview with a director — A manager/director-level conversation to assess alignment and working style.
Final role play — A role-play round focused on how I’d handle selling or discovery in a realistic scenario. Outcome: I didn’t move forward, and the takeaway was that the process was organized and the feedback/prep made the evaluation feel fair.
