My interview started with an HR call, then I had a conversation with the hiring manager about my past experiences.

After that, the process moved into a coding round with a senior architect.

What stuck with me most wasn’t only the content—it was how messy the planning felt around what an onsite would look like. The HR and hiring manager seemed to have two different versions of how the onsite would be composed, and it made the overall management feel disorganized.

The rounds themselves were normal to encounter, but that lack of alignment left me uneasy about how the team ran the process.
