I interviewed for an Account Executive position that began with an assessment and a brief recruiter screen, but the later conversations raised concerns about work-life balance and follow-through.

Assessment — An initial assessment came before recruiter outreach.
Recruiter screen (very short) — A brief five-minute screen with a recruiter whose accent was difficult to follow, and then the recruiter disappeared afterward.
Manager interview — A conversation where the team described working as a grind, with many employees working 50+ hours. Outcome: I didn’t move forward, and the takeaway was that the role’s expectations sounded intense and the recruiting communication ended abruptly.
