I went through an unusually off-track process for an Account Executive role, and it felt frustratingly misaligned right from the start.

Assessment/early screening — I was sent a personality quiz and the interviewer seemed to rely almost entirely on that, without really reviewing my resume or discussing my actual background.
Interviews — The process then continued, but I never felt I got a fair chance to talk through my experience and fit. Outcome: I didn’t move forward, and the takeaway was that the process felt more like a screen based on a quiz than a true evaluation of my sales background.
