I interviewed for an Account Executive role with a fairly typical sequence of recruiter + manager interviews, and it felt smooth and efficient rather than overly complex.

Recruiter screen (1:1) — A quick call to check background and culture fit.
Manager interviews (two-way Zoom) — Video discussions with sales managers covering why ZoomInfo and why the role, along with values-based questions.
Additional leadership conversation(s) — Later steps included more director/senior-level conversations; in one timeline, I also took an assessment before continuing. Outcome: I didn’t move forward, and the takeaway was that the process was easy to follow, with decision-making that felt relatively swift.
