San Diego, CAPosted Jan 2021 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My experience didn’t go the way I hoped, mostly because the process itself started to feel unstable.

I got far enough to do a role-play, and I put real time into preparing, including sending follow-ups thanking the people involved. When I didn’t hear back, it left me feeling uncertain—especially because my main recruiter contact ended up leaving and didn’t proactively stay in touch during a pivotal late stage.

The missed acknowledgments were what really wore on me. Even though I had invested effort and showed up ready to perform, the process felt like it stalled rather than progressed. The late-stage communication gap made everything feel more stressful than it needed to be.
