My first interaction with ZoomInfo’s talent team immediately felt off.

I scheduled a discussion with their talent team to see if it would be a good fit based on my sales background, and it didn’t even feel like a formal interview at first. The conversation never went anywhere from there, and I later received a generic rejection email without truly interviewing.

What made the experience particularly frustrating was the sense that the company was more focused on moving a process along than evaluating me. The timing and communication felt cold and automated, like I was being processed rather than assessed.

Even though I didn’t make it into any real interview
