Grand Rapids, MIPosted Apr 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

After a phone screening that felt efficient and transparent, I moved into a hiring manager interview where the tone was thoughtful rather than purely checklist-driven.

The questions gave me room to share my personal testimony as an SDR, and it felt like the hiring manager was genuinely trying to understand how I think and how I explain my work, not just recite experience.

Overall, the process felt clear and well paced, with next steps that made sense and a recruiter who listened closely to my story during the early stage. Even without an offer in my case, the experience didn’t feel like a guessing game—it felt like I was being evaluated in a deliberate way.
