Vancouver, WAPosted Jun 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for the Account Executive role with a difficult screening/interview day but still walked away feeling I connected and was able to clearly demonstrate my strengths.

Initial call with recruiter — A phone call to talk through fit and strengths.
Hiring-person interview (Zoom, two stages total described across roles) — An interview process with follow-up meetings where I received positive feedback on my strengths. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, but it felt constructive because I could connect with the people interviewing me and was given reassurance about areas I did well.
