For the Account Executive role, I went through a structured three-round Zoom process that culminated in a VP-level mock demo with provided materials, and it was demanding but clear.

Recruiter stage (2 calls) — One call reviewed my background and interest; a second call covered more about the company/role and answered questions.
Manager interview — A 30-minute Zoom with a manager focused on my fit and led into the final evaluation.
Final: VP + manager mock demo — A 45–60 minute session where I ran a mock sales demo, supported by a pitch deck and pre-call research materials. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, and the takeaway was that success depended on executing a full, prepared sales motion under VP scrutiny.
