Saint Louis, MOPosted Jul 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I experienced ZoomInfo’s Account Executive process as either oddly technical or surprisingly human—depending on the stage, but both tracks were quick enough to feel decisive.

Timed assessment screen (math/patterns/shapes) — I took a lengthy, timed test covering math-like questions, patterns, shapes, and riddles that felt disconnected from sales.
Recruiter-first (human, relaxed tone) — In another similar interview path, the recruiter conversation was upbeat and comfortable, focusing on a genuine discussion of experience.
No additional rounds described in this pairing — The timeline details varied, but the standout contrast was how the first touch influenced the whole impression. Outcome: I didn’t move forward, and the takeaway was that early
