Waltham, MAPosted Feb 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for an Account Executive role with an efficient, recruiter-led timeline that moved from screening into a hiring manager conversation and then a mock discovery call.

Recruiter screen — A first screening interaction to establish fit.
Hiring manager screen — A follow-up call with a hiring manager.
Mock discovery call — A simulation focused on discovery conversations.
Final director-level interview (when applicable) — In another similar path, a final conversation with a director of sales followed. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, but I felt the process was among the most efficient and clearly guided I’d experienced.
