Waltham, MAPosted Sep 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

For an Account Executive interview, the process leaned more difficult mainly because I met with a lot of sales leaders, but everyone was upbeat and made it feel organized.

Multiple leadership meetings — I went through several 1:1 conversations with sales development managers and leaders, with one report specifically mentioning six meetings.
Separate interview rounds — In the smoother version of this journey, the process still involved a recruiter plus two interviews, with fast coordination and kind, positive feedback. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, and the takeaway was that while the number of conversations raised the difficulty, the tone stayed respectful and supportive.
