I went through a five-step process and it felt polished throughout.

Everyone I spoke with was cordial, and the sales level came across as high. The sequence started with HR, then moved to a team leader, then to potential colleagues before another round with team leader and manager.

The final step was an assignment. Overall it felt like a higher-touch set of conversations with people at the right level, and it left me feeling like I had been evaluated by people who understood what “good” looks like.
