Zipline Software Engineer interview experience

A lot of the emphasis was on how I talked about my previous projects—being clear about what I’d done, and showing that I cared about the work.

It was also pretty clear they were looking for passion, not just experience. I left feeling like the conversation was more about my fit and motivation than trying to catch me off guard.

I didn’t end up with an offer, but the overall process was still straightforward and I didn’t get the sense that anything was overly confusing or unfair.
