South San Francisco, CAPosted Jun 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

After a recruiter phone call, I moved into a fairly long sequence that felt like it was trying to cover everything.

About a week later I had a technical screen with the hiring process centered on engineering conversation rather than LeetCode. Then came a take-home coding challenge that I spent roughly six hours on, followed by a review discussion with the hiring manager where we went over the work and what it showed.

Next was a prep call and then a full virtual onsite that stretched into hours. I spoke with HR for a culture interview and then had separate technical-style conversations with team leads, including a “drone systems” discussion and a deeper flight-validation interview with the hiring manager.
