Zimmer Biomet Software Engineer interview experience

It took about 30 minutes, and the questions were pretty standard. A few weeks later, I had another phone interview, and eventually they extended an offer.

Separately, I also experienced a process that was split into two sections: first, to get to know the parties, and then a more technical part. In that version, the interviewer was particularly interested in my previous personal projects and asked what I would like to do—so the discussion wasn’t only about what I’d done, but also where I wanted to go.

Across both experiences, the overall feel was relatively comfortable and approachable.
