Zimmer Biomet Software Engineer interview experience

After that initial screening, there was a formal interview.

From there, the usual flow included interviews with HR and a technical manager. We covered experience and education, specific skills and technical aspects, plus a company introduction, expectations, location details, and timing.

Overall, it felt like a comprehensive but standard corporate process, moving from screening into deeper discussions across both people and role-related topics.
