The process dragged on in a way that didn’t feel good.

I described it as long and even “inhumane,” with certain stages that didn’t seem to have any real purpose.

When it finally ended, it came with a rejection email about a month and a half after the process was over, but without giving a reason. I tried to get more explanation and couldn’t. The lack of transparency left me feeling like the environment wasn’t supportive, and honestly it made the process feel like it wasn’t worth the effort.
