I went through two technical rounds, and they didn’t follow up afterward.

After completing both discussions, I didn’t hear anything back despite asking for feedback and following up via email.

In the first technical round, I was asked basic C++ questions. The second round shifted into more managerial-style topics like why I was changing jobs and what I knew about the company.

I didn’t get an offer, and the most difficult part wasn’t only the rejection—it was the lack of communication after the rounds were done.
