I met HR at a job fair and confirmed the appointment time right away.

The onsite interview was with a manager and a supervisor for about half an hour, and it was mainly a discussion of past experience plus talk about their product.

Near the end, they also gave me a tour. The whole day felt like it was designed to show the environment and help me understand the role, not just test my answers.

I accepted the offer in three days after the HR follow-up. My reflection was that even with short scheduling, the process still felt coherent—interview, product context, then a tour, and then the decision.
