ZF Group Software Engineer interview experience

The conversation was easy and fairly seamless, and it mostly covered who I was and what the position involved.

There weren’t any technical questions at all, which was surprising given the role title, but it made the call feel more like alignment and introduction. They were also focused on informing me about the post and the expectations.

The experience stayed smooth and low-stress, and I ended up receiving an offer. What stood out to me most was how straightforward the whole step felt compared to the typical multi-round, technical-heavy process.
