My process centered on multiple rounds of leetcode-style problem solving, with a clear emphasis on getting to a working solution first and then improving it.

I saw two DSA rounds where the questions were medium to hard. The expectation was essentially to start with a brute-force approach and then optimize based on what the problem needed, so the interview felt like it measured my ability to iterate rather than only “arrive” at the best solution immediately.

After that, there was a cultural fitment round layered on top of the technical difficulty. The overall feel was that the DSA part set the tone, and then the final conversation shifted from pure algorithm thinking toward whether my thinking style and communication matched what they wanted.
