The screening for me was light on complexity: they mainly asked questions tied to what was on my resume.

It felt more like a conversation to confirm basic alignment than a tough technical evaluation.

After I was selected, the real challenge started. I had to wait more than a year to get on board, and there wasn’t any meaningful communication from the company during that time. I kept wondering whether the job was still active, since I didn’t hear back and nothing was clear.

Even though the interview part itself was easy, the long silence after selection was frustrating and left me feeling like the process didn’t respect a student timeline.
