Zensar Technologies Software Engineer interview experience

Even though everything during the interviews felt okay, more than a year later I was still waiting for recruitment updates.

The interview format I encountered leaned toward checking logic and analysis skills rather than typical DSA-style problems, and it was framed as a telephone interview. It was a reminder that the number of rounds and the amount of structure can differ, and clarity afterward mattered just as much.

I didn’t end up getting an offer, and the biggest frustration came from waiting without any real resolution.
