Zensar Technologies Software Engineer interview experience

I went through an assessment test first, then a technical interview, and then an HR round. After those stages, there was additional confirmation tied to a training and placement officer from my college, and later the offer letter came through.

The overall process didn’t feel like it dragged out for a long time, and it matched the typical campus-drive flow: first an evaluation, then technical scrutiny, then HR. I eventually received an offer, and the best part of the experience was how systematic it felt from the different checkpoints toward the final paperwork.
