One group interview at head office set the tone for how easy the whole experience felt.

I remember it as straightforward: as long as I could speak English clearly and present myself normally, the conversation went smoothly. The interviewer encouraged confidence and being genuine.

The questions were simple and self-directed—mostly basic communication about myself and my availability—so there wasn’t much to overthink. By the time it was over, I felt like the process was designed to be low-friction rather than intimidating.

I walked away feeling good about how the meeting went, because nothing about it felt overly complicated or stressful.
