My process for a frontend role felt pretty well defined and the interviewers guided me through it.

First I had a talent acquisition specialist call with general questions for about 30 minutes. Next, my lead interviewed me for around 30 minutes with HR-style questions, then we moved straight into a 30-minute live coding interview.

The coding part was in the sweet spot of easy to medium, and I remember being glad the questions weren’t overcomplicated. After that, there were three more one-hour interviews. One was general tech—functional programming, design patterns, and HTTP—where I did stumble a bit and got nervous, but the interviewer stayed professional enough that it didn’t spiral.
