I went through what felt like a lot of interview steps and even presentations, but the process ended with a hard stop and no clarity.

After multiple stages, I received a “no” without any explanation, and then the communication just disappeared.

It wasn’t the kind of rejection where you learn something concrete about what to improve. It was more like I got pulled forward through the earlier rounds and then effectively left hanging when it came time to close the loop.

I didn’t get an offer, and the biggest reflection I carried was how much it hurt to be ghosted after investing the time in the earlier steps.
