Yelp Account Executive interview experience

The pace was fairly straightforward, and the questions were oriented around fit and basic sales expectations.

One question I remember clearly was how I would react to rejection when doing a sales call. That felt like a direct way of testing whether I could handle one of the hardest parts of the work without getting thrown off.

I didn’t get an offer after that stage, but the interview itself was efficient and clear. Looking back, it felt like they were screening for emotional resilience as much as experience.
