Yelp Account Executive interview experience

The in-person portion had three rounds, and each one included a role-play variation.

What made it feel manageable was that everyone I met was friendly, and the flow overall didn’t feel adversarial. I remember leaving each step feeling like they were measuring how I handled different versions of the same core sales communication, rather than trying to catch me off guard.

I didn’t get an offer from this path. Still, the structure was clear and the role-play format was consistent enough that I knew what kind of evaluation was happening as it went along.
