My interview experience was intense and felt very detailed from the start.

There ended up being many interviews, and the questions were sharp enough that I felt like I really needed to prep. The final stage was a presentation of their property and services, and I remember the feedback being quite critical—almost like it was designed to stress-test how I thought on my feet.

What made it even harder was how the interaction landed personally. During the process, I felt like some of the discussion from interviewers shifted away from my experience and intellect and toward superficial commentary, which left me questioning whether the evaluation was fully fair.
