I had a pretty smooth, low-stress process.

After I applied, things moved quickly and felt transparent, and I could tell early on that the team was focused on how I think about sales rather than trying to trip me up. Even though there were multiple rounds, the interviews themselves stayed conversational and not overly tense.

The questions centered on how I approach sales work and how I react to feedback. They liked hearing that I’m metrics-driven and that I focus on productivity, and a few scenarios were used to see whether I could adjust my approach in the moment. Overall, I left with a good impression of the process and the feedback
