The interview experience itself felt decent, but the process left me uneasy once I looked more closely at what was and wasn’t shared.

I walked away feeling like key details were kept vague and even a bit misleading—especially around what the real scope would look like for an account executive.

What bothered me most was how the commission structure was handled. It wasn’t mentioned until after the job was essentially framed, which meant I couldn’t understand the economics up front and ended up only feeling disappointed later. I didn’t receive an offer, and the overall impression was that some transparency was intentionally delayed.
