The process felt unusually transactional to me—like they were mainly checking whether I could do the job exactly the way they described it.

After I moved forward, they asked me to prepare a slide deck, and the role play component was also very structured. I ended up doing sales-call role play alongside manager-review role play, and it all felt straightforward in the sense that there weren’t a lot of gray areas.

I remember focusing on hitting the expected beats rather than trying to make it overly creative. The difficulty level felt closer to difficult because of the extra artifacts they wanted (the slide deck) and the fact that the scenarios weren’t just hypothetical—they were meant to mimic the real rhythm of the work.
