Yelp Account Executive interview experience

They covered my background, past experience, and even more personal details like life outside of work and what motivated me to look for something new. It felt like the goal was to understand my mindset as much as my resume.

After that, I had one video interview with the Sales Manager. That stage leaned into my fit for the job and included a role-play component focused on the role itself. The questions stayed connected to how I’d approach the work day to day. I didn’t make it to an offer, but it was straightforward and I felt like the interactions were focused.
