I had one of the smoother experiences, mainly because it didn’t feel like I was being bounced around one meeting at a time.

Multiple interviewers joined at once so the process moved quickly, and it honestly felt more like several people getting aligned than a long gauntlet of separate rounds.

The conversations were easy to follow and stayed focused on fit. I talked with multiple people who seemed genuinely engaged, and the questions leaned toward intuitive, conversation-style prompts rather than curveballs. I left each call feeling like I’d had chances to clarify my thinking and that my questions were welcomed, and I was left waiting for next steps afterward.
