PunePosted Jan 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process began with a group discussion, followed by a technical test.

After clearing those, I had a face-to-face interview on site at Yardi, and then a final HR round.

The whole sequence felt like a standard funnel—first filter the communication and direction through the group setting, then test technical ability through a separate assessment, and finally do live conversations with HR. It didn’t result in an offer for me, and what I remember most was how quickly the process moved from discussion to assessment to in-person evaluation.
