After I got my resume shortlisted, I went through an MCQ test that covered general aptitude and Java.

Then the later steps rolled into a longer, on-site day at their HQ where the earlier rounds and the subsequent interviews happened back-to-back. I had an “fit/culture” conversation with HR, and there was also an HR discussion round before an offer discussion stage.

Overall it felt fairly standard and not overly chaotic: multiple checkpoints, with HR involved both around the on-site day and again later. I remember the process feeling structured, like they were filtering consistently rather than throwing random questions at me, and the outcome didn’t end in an offer for me.
