My process started on campus with an assessment that ended up feeling easy, but the interviews themselves didn’t match that vibe.

After that, I went on site for a more intense technical discussion.

Before the technical part, I had a brief pre-interview HR conversation where the focus was essentially whether I was available to proceed. Then the technical round was the hard part of the day for me, led by experienced interviewers. After finishing the remaining steps, the process didn’t move toward an offer, but I left with the clear sense that the assessment was there to screen and the real filtering happened in the technical rounds.
