My process involved a long Hackerrank assignment that took about four hours.

I went through it carefully, and the platform graded me at 100%. When I got feedback, they told me I did great and said they’d follow up.

What really stood out was how quickly things went quiet after that. They basically stopped responding, leaving me to wonder what happened despite the perfect score. It was frustrating because even with the best possible result, there was still no clear rejection or next step—just silence.

It ended without an offer, and the lasting feeling was mostly that the communication was so unprofessional that it wasted my time.
