First I had HR calls where they covered background like my projects, experience, work authorization, and what I was interested in.

About a week later, HR followed up to schedule the interviews, but everything felt a little slow on their side because they said they were busy.

The technical part started with a phone interview with an SDE2. That interviewer was very professional, and the round felt like a clean, standard evaluation: clear expectations, structured conversation, and a focus on getting through the technical discussion.

I didn’t end up with an offer, but the experience itself was fairly smooth—especially compared to processes where scheduling and communication fall apart.
