Mountain View, CAPosted Nov 2018 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process felt unusually slow and drawn out, and it stretched across roughly three months.

After the first recruiter contact, there was a long delay before the first conversation—about three weeks after the initial email. Then, about a month after that call, they sent an online assessment.

In another part of the timeline, I ran into scheduling problems that added even more waiting. I was supposed to interview via video after a referral, but the engineer who was set to take it kept getting delayed because they were under the weather. That happened twice, and by the time it became clear the interview would never happen, the manager stopped replying to follow-up emails.
