XYZ Software Engineer interview experience

The interview started with a technical assessment, then moved into the actual interview round.

What surprised me was how the difficulty depended on the background in coding—while the interview might have looked easy from the outside, it was difficult if I didn’t know how to code for certain question styles. I ended up feeling challenged but still within a generally manageable process flow.
