My process was computer-based and felt like an automated filter.

They used a CBT format that depended on the job category. The system would accept or reject me based on the computer-based test results, so it didn’t feel like there was much human interaction deciding the next step.

At times, if there wasn’t a technical person available to interview, they would just go through formalities and say they would update me later—but I wouldn’t necessarily get any reply. The overall experience felt efficient but also a bit opaque. I didn’t receive an offer.
