XenonStack Software Engineer interview experience

No offer

Easy

Negative

ChandigarhPosted Jul 2019 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My experience was basically a straight HR-only loop with no real technical evaluation.

After getting to the interview stage, I ended up in a round where the HR person seemed completely unprepared and didn’t appear to know what the role or process involved.

The whole thing had the feeling of time being wasted—especially noticeable because it was peak hours and only a few employees were present. What surprised me most was how little substance there was compared to what you’d expect for a software engineering role. I didn’t get an offer, and honestly the entire interaction left me with a pretty negative impression of how the process was run.
