WSP Software Engineer interview experience

The company also arranged my transport since I’d be travelling down from Yorkshire by train and tube. That logistical piece made the day feel smoother and less stressful.

The interview itself didn’t feel chaotic or improvised—it had a straightforward progression from remote to in-person. I remember the overall vibe being fairly average in difficulty, but the in-office setting gave it more of a real-world feel, and I spent the time focused on how my experience fit the role and what the team actually did.
