Worley Software Engineer interview experience

I met with a general manager who reviewed my resume and then conducted the conversation. There weren’t many technical questions, and most of what I discussed was background and general behavioral topics.

The overall feeling was that it wasn’t a high-pressure assessment—more like a quick check on my history and general fit. After the interview, I got an offer from him.

Looking back, the process matched the “average” difficulty rating. It didn’t feel like a deep technical test, so the experience mainly turned into a general conversation that led to a decision.
