The interview process felt a bit long mainly because it took time to find scheduling windows for everyone involved.

It started with an intro screening, and then I spoke with a handful of people across management—direct line managers, plus some VPs.

After those conversations, I had a final presentation that lasted about 15 minutes. Once that finished, the wait wasn’t too bad: an offer came in the next day, which made the end of the process feel decisive.

Overall, it was one of those experiences where the logistics were the slow part, but once the stages were lined up, it moved through quickly. I ended up with an offer, and the turnaround afterward was honestly the most reassuring part.
