Workday Product Manager interview experience

I moved through rounds quickly, and the structure was clearly built to evaluate end-to-end product qualities, not just surface-level experience.

They assessed my product management skills alongside how I handled conflict and how I balanced competing priorities. The way the questions were designed made it feel like they were stress-testing both my judgment and my ability to operate under pressure.

I didn’t end up with an offer. Still, I respected the clarity of what they were evaluating because the process felt tightly organized, even though the pace and difficulty made it mentally demanding.
